Executive Director

Rock Brown, the founder and Executive Director of Launch Ministries & The Launch Pad Program is a graduate of Boise State University (BA Secondary Education) and Western Seminary (Masters of Divinity).  Rock has been in full-time ministry since 1986 (Campus Crusade for Christ, Student Ministries, INC, local church pastor, and church planter).  His passion in life is simple: pass on the faith to the next generation!  Rock has been married to the love of his life since 1989 and has four amazing children and two incredible daughters-in-law and a brand new granddaughter!

Director of Operations

Investing in relationships - especially her marriage, kids & grandkids - is what matters most to Brenda. With a background in business, church and para-church ministry, her favorite space with organizations is identifying strengths and facilitating shifts to maximize effectiveness. She feels so blessed to be part of this team!

Her favorite things are summer bike rides with her hubby, meaningful conversation with her kids and laughing hysterically while playing with her grandkids.

Administrator

Andrea began her work at Launch Ministries in 2013. It has been a joy working alongside others providing Christian Release Time classes to our public high schools.

Andrea lives with a tremendous amount of gratitude for the gift of growing up in East Africa. She has been married for 23 years and is Mom to three pretty incredible teenagers. At the moment, she is pursuing a master’s degree, helping with a new church launch & making each day count!

Teacher Coach

Ruth-Ann Mouw has lived in Idaho since 2009, operating a dairy farm with her husband, Rocky. They have 4 adult children and one German Shepherd. Ruth-Ann taught high school English in Southern California, Special Education in Washington state, and now has taught Launch Pad classes in Nampa and Kuna. She works with teachers at our school sites to encourage, resource, and share ideas for the best classroom experience possible. She is grateful to be part of LP and the amazing “open door” God has provided to share Christ in the public high schools. It is her prayer that God continues to use this program in the lives of teenagers.

Teacher Coach Assistant

Bridget is passionate about the word of God and has a deep desire to inspire young people to also have a passion for the word. She loves that the Launch Team cultivates a safe and healthy space for young people to learn Biblical truth during their school day. She is so honored to be part of this team and is excited to play a role pouring into the next generation of world changers!

A few of her favorite things are the beach, fashion, having fun, and making people laugh.

Administration

Kristin is passionate about Jesus, people, and learning new things. She has a dual BA in Bible & Theology and English from Multnomah University and experience in teaching and vocational leadership in the local church.

She is married to her best friend, Ryan, and they have an active 2-year-old daughter, Piper, and a baby boy on the way. Spending time with her family is her favorite thing.

Chairman

Boyce graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Business Education in 1985 and has been a CPA since 1987. He has worked for several organizations during his career including Deloitte and Albertsons and has run his own Corporate Tax Consulting firm since 2011.

The love of this life is Mary Bailey, who has been a wonderful wife, mother and best friend for over three decades. His 4 grown children + 4 spouses are a treasure only being out-shown by their mother and the Lord Jesus. Introducing others to the lovingkindness of God is a passion and Boyce loves the ministry of Launch Pad where we are reaching out and loving high school students.

Board Member

Tony has been around Launch from its inception sharing 20 years of friendship and ministry with the Browns and is now delighted to join the board.

With background in youth ministry, Tony's brings a heart for students, coupled with much life and business experience. He's blessed to be married to our Director of Operations (Brenda) since 1984 and co-labored with her raising 4 amazing children. Tony and Brenda have a growing a quiver of beautiful grandchildren and love traveling to where they are. Australia, New York, Pocatello and Lewiston visits are now a regular part of life.

Tony loves all things outdoors - biking, fishing and golfing - especially loves when he and Rock have a "business" golf date.

Board Member

Proud to be born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Cory received Jesus as his Savior and Lord while in College. He moved to Boise, Idaho in 1993 and married his wife Melissa in 1994. They have four awesome kids, Collin, Camille, Corban, and Caitlyn. He has been involved with youth ministry for over 25 years.
