Volunteer Teacher Application

We’re excited that you want to join our team.  We need a few items from you to get the process started:

Step 1: Fill out the Volunteer Teacher Application

Step 2: Fill out the Volunteer Teacher Agreement

Step 3: Sign our Faith Statement

Step 4: Sign the Background Check Authorization Form

Step 5: Agree to follow all guidelines listed in the Teacher Handbook

Once you have completed the above forms, send them to:

After receiving all of your application information, we will begin the evaluation process and contact you for additional information if required, and to schedule an application interview.
